Cancellation policy
Need to stop an order before it leaves the station? Here is exactly when and how cancellations work.
When you can cancel
Before packing
Cancel instantly from My Orders while the status is still Placed or Confirmed.
After dispatch
Once shipped, cancel is unavailable — request a return after delivery instead.
How to cancel

Open My Orders
Sign in and select the order you want to cancel.

Choose Cancel
If the order has not been packed, the Cancel option will be available.

Confirm reason
Tell us why — it helps us improve assortment and packaging.

Refund processed
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original method after confirmation.
